Our Guarantee

Culture Shock on line items are covered by our satisfaction guarantee policy.
If you are unhappy with your item at the time of receipt, please contact our customer service department immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Clothing Returns 

Culture Shock on line handles only the best merchandise, therefore we have an All SALES  ARE FINAL POLICY ON CLOTHING ONLY!  This is also to ensure our customers that they don't get previously handled or worn merchandise. However, if (for any reason) we delay in sending you your item and you no longer want the item (or is in need of it) you reserve the right not to accept it, however, you must contact us so we will not charge you a restocking fee.  We will recieve the package back unopened and credit you back your purchase (less shipping charges).  If the package has been opened or resealed) ...your credit card will be charged  a 15% fee once it reaches us. 

We will also recieve the item back if it has a manufactorers defect.  We WILL NOT accept items back due to wrong size or color. 

 

Also, we are not liable or responsible for dry cleaning issues. 

 

Other Returns 

You cannot return any "Custom or Fragile" item, including special orders. Any other items for refund or replacement must be received within 3 days of the original Culture Shock shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the orginal packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

Our Shipping Methods and Processing Fees

Sorry, at this time, we do not ship outside of the United States .

Allow an additional 1-2 days to process your order before your order is shipped. Processing fees will range between $1.50 and $7.25 depending on the overall purchase.

USPS Standard 5-10 days - Fees will range between $8.00 and $16.00, (depending on the weight of your total package) Accurate charges will be adjusted at the time of shipping.

There is a standard charge for overnight and 2nd day packages however, actual pricing will depend on weight at the time of processing. YOU MUST ALLOW 2 ADDTIONAL DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPPING.

Refused Packages

Refused packages for any reason, i.e. wrong color/size etc. (other than the one mentioned under our clothing returns policy) will be charged a 35% restocking fee to your credit card or your next order.

Substitutions

We make every effort to ensure that the items we feature on our pages are in season, in stock and are available. In some cases certain items may not be available at certain times. Culture Shock reserves the right to substitute any item of like color, appearance, and value.

Minimum Purchase

Due to astronomical shipping charges, There is a $50.00 minimum TOTAL purchase!  In order to save both our customers and ourselves money, we prefer a mininum total as opposed to charging extra fees for orders under a certain amount. If your order is less than $50.00 we WILL NOT process and notification will be emailed to you. However, if you are local and prefer to pick your items up, there will be NO MINIMUM purchase.
